Good thing we
know for sure now is that we’ve got to ask ourselves, what kind of life do we
want and how close are we to living it? We cannot ever live the life of our
dreams without facing the truth. Every unwanted pound of weight creates another
layer of sediment that is useless, insulator, barrier for the good things of
life. It’s only when we peel back those layers that we will be set free: Stand
erect, free to work out, free to eat responsibly, free to live the life we want
and deserve to live. Know the truth and we’ll learn to eat to satisfy our
physical hunger and stop cementing layers and layers of our fat beneath our
skin.
Know your
body fat first!
A young man who sent an e-mail recently had been struggling
with his weight once wrote that he’d learned to challenge the pain and not the
peanut butter. I found that was brilliant. Once we work on what’s eating us,
we won’t want to eat so much. Know your body fat first. Here is the body fat
calculator.
There
is a Sanskrit proverb ‘feel enough for what you have; other wise you feel
greed for what you have’. Let us not have greed for what we eat, let us eat
enough and right. To start know your body fat first.
There
are Medical Recipes in this page and also on the following pages mirrors the way
we eat and live now. There are no secrets to losing weight. Its simple
mathematics; Body fat = what you put in - what you put out.
One should loose
weight in stages. First became active, and work out even though you really hate
it, but I know if you don’t you will end up 200 pounds again. Then you start
working on your eating. You stop eating past 7:30 at night. When we tell you it
would make a big difference in your weight, you resist. You think it is going to
be too hard. But you are surprised to find that it won’t; even more surprised
when it will turn out to be one of the most effective changes you made.
