There are three types of Fatigue

What
is Fatigue?
Fatigue
can be one of the following
1.
Pathological fatigue: An early stage of some serious disease.
2. Physiological fatigue: Hormonal changes in the blood that
leave the muscles of otherwise healthy people worn out.
3.
Psychological
fatigue: Prolonged emotional clash, nervousness and monotony.
The
drained person who feels something terribly wrong with
him may be right. Someone who is persistently felt tired should consult with his
doctor. Most frequently it is psychological fatigue from which patients go
through pain. In a study of 300 people of chronic exhaustion, one doctor
noticed that only 20 per cent were tired for physical causes, while 80
per cent had emotional problems.
Blessed
few seem to be untouched by fatigue, even when exhausted by physical hard work
or mental dissatisfaction. We all know the high-energy men who never grumble of
being tired. Cheerful, influential, enthusiastic person handles six or seven
projects going
concurrently—and with energy to spare for personal life. Why do some of
us have almost boundless intellectual and bodily drive, while others wear out
after the smallest amount of physical exertion?
Doctors
who advise on stress management evaluate
each of us for fatigue pattern. They advise that everyone should appraise his
energy store. Sit down and evaluate the following:
1.
Which are the main stress factors in their life?
2.
Energy pattern of their activity. When they feel they have more energy and the
least?
3.
When do I feel fatigue, how many hours I feel it?
4.
How far can I keep managing circumstances of its cause without
feeling worn out?
Once
you know your fatigue time table, try to avoid jobs, and set aside energy for
demanding tasks and for the time when you have the maximum strength. Also, it is
vital to modify your rate. If you feel exhausted to continue, stop and engage in
relaxing activities like yoga or a small walk; if you are muscle-tired, go to a
park, or listen to music.
Always
people with high energy expected to overwhelm their lives with interesting new
projects and tasks; there is a word of caution for them, too. His own
stress-fighting hormones will intoxicate a man. This type of drunkenness will
cause more harm than alcohol. Although you love every moment of your projects,
you will be taxing your adrenal glands. Beware of your vital stress quota, just
as you would for your cocktail quota. Once in a while, re-asses your fatigue
time table to see if you are surpassing the limit.
